MuverAI — Privacy Policy

Who we are
MuverAI ("we", "us") provides an AI music-production mobile app. The entity responsible for your information under this policy is MuverAI.
1. Information we collect
- Account: an anonymous device-scoped identifier by default; an email address only if you choose to create an account.
- Content you provide: song prompts, lyrics, style/vocal selections, and the audio tracks generated for you.
- Usage & device: app version, OS/version, coarse language/region, IP address (transient, for request routing/security), and basic event logs.
- Discover: if you publish a song, its title, generated artwork, genre, lyrics (for vocal songs), your chosen artist name, and play/like counts become public.
- Website: muverai.com uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without collecting personal data.
2. How we use it
To generate the music you request; to operate accounts, credits and subscriptions; to keep the service secure and prevent abuse; and to comply with law.
3. AI processing & third parties (sub-processors)

These providers process your data only to perform their service and are contractually barred from using it to train their own models or for their own purposes.
4. Storage & retention
Generated audio and project data are stored on Supabase infrastructure and retained while your account is active. Deleting a song removes it. Deleting your account removes your personal data except where retention is legally required.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, export, objection, and withdrawal of consent — contact [email protected].
Regional notes: Users in Türkiye have rights under KVKK (Law No. 6698). EEA/UK users have GDPR rights and may complain to a supervisory authority. California users have CCPA rights, and we do not sell personal information.
6. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the local minimum age); we do not knowingly collect their data.
7. Security
Data in transit is encrypted (TLS); access is restricted; no method is perfectly secure.
8. Changes
We post updates here with a new effective date.
